MassMutual will no longer solicit a priority list for the commission closing.​ 

Please take note of the following update: ​

Going forward, the Case Manager and Underwriters will be handling cases in FIFO (First in First Out) order.

If you have a case that you would like to be paid for commission close, please consider the following guidelines:​ 

1. No outstanding requirements (Case Management or Underwriting)​
2. No outstanding agency holds-all holds must be release prior to Monday of the commission close​
3. No outstanding suitability issues​
4. Pac form on file or money deposited in IPM

If you have a rush case, your NBC must notify the appropriate Life Board and let them know, before the case is issued, the funds must be deposited into IPM, the Case Manager will check for those funds in IPM before the policy is issued. ​

If no funds have been deposited the case will not be issued.​

All outstanding requirements must be resolved by the Friday before the commission close. This will give Home Office the opportunity to process the case in time for the commission close.​

Remember commission close are the first and third Tuesday of every month.
