Kat Torres

 Kat Torres recently joined the Center for Wealth Preservation, bringing over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and resource management within the advertising and PR industry.

A graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh, Kat has built her career on empathy, adaptability, and creativity—qualities that make her a valuable asset in her new role. She thrives on creating meaningful connections and ensuring both candidates and companies find success through collaboration and understanding.

Kat’s journey is marked by her determination and passion for growth. One of her proudest achievements was attending culinary school full-time while managing a full-time recruiting career. This experience taught her the value of perseverance, balance, and following her passions. During her time in culinary school, she had the privilege of working with renowned chef Daniel Boulud, an unforgettable experience that further shaped her approach to dedication and adaptability.

At CWP, Kat is eager to contribute to the company’s success by leveraging her extensive background and passion for helping others. She looks forward to developing her leadership skills, mentoring colleagues, and driving initiatives that create lasting impact.

Outside of work, Kat loves cooking and shares her culinary creations on Instagram.
