Evan N. Rogdakis, J.D., has served as the Director of Planning and Advanced Sales Strategies for the Center for Wealth Preservation, a MassMutual firm since 2007. Mr. Rogdakis specializes in advising and empowering financial professionals as they craft tailored strategies for retirement planning, estate planning, gifting schedules, multi-generational business succession and advanced life insurance designs.
Admitted to practice law in the State of New York*, Mr. Rogdakis obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2006 from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Prior to that, he received a Degree in Business Economics from Hofstra University in 2003. With a deep desire to help people plan for their testamentary intent and legacy, Mr. Rogdakis distinguished himself during law school by clerking for the then servicing Suffolk County Surrogate, the Honorable John M. Czygier, Jr., and by serving clients through the Elder Law Clinic.
In addition, Mr. Rogdakis has had the honor of serving on the Executive Board of the Suffolk County Estate Planning Council as well as the New York State Bar Life Insurance and Employee Benefits Committee.
A lifelong resident of Long Island, Mr. Rogdakis currently resides in Greenlawn, New York with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children Christian and Tessa.
