Evan N. Rogdakis, J.D., is the Director of Planning Strategies for Center for Wealth Preservation, a MassMutual firm. Mr. Rogdakis has served in that role for approximately 15 years, assisting financial professionals and their clients with retirement planning, estate planning, creating gifting schedules, planning for multi-generational business succession and advanced life insurance designs.
Admitted to practice law in the State of New York*, Mr. Rogdakis obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2006 from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Prior to that, he received a Degree in Business Economics from Hofstra University in 2003.Mr. Rogdakis always had a desire to help people plan for their testamentary intent and legacy, and as such during law school Mr. Rogdakis clerked for the then servicing Suffolk County Surrogate, the Honorable John M. Czygier, Jr., and served clients through the Elder Law Clinic.
In addition, Mr. Rogdakis has had the privilege of serving on the Executive Board of the Suffolk County Estate Planning Council as well as the New York State Bar Life Insurance and Employee Benefits Committee.
A lifelong resident of Long Island, Mr. Rogdakis currently resides in Greenlawn, New York with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children Christian and Tessa.
