After several years in marketing at a tech start-up, Elizabeth Zink now serves as the Marketing Coordinator for the Center for Wealth Preservation.
Elizabeth graduated from SUNY New Paltz, majoring in Theatre with a concentration in Sound Design and minoring in Film & Television Production. Her goal was to turn her love for writing into something that could be marketable. After graduating in 2018, she freelanced in the Hudson Valley film industry before moving to New York City to work as an Office Manager at a corporate media production company. During this time, she managed the company’s blog, to enhance their SEO strategy.
A year later, Elizabeth transitioned to a tech start-up where she helped manage their social media platforms. She oversaw the growth of their online presence, driving a 200% audience growth and developing a new content strategy. Her work, from website copy and blogs to case studies and white papers, not only generated leads but directly led to a deal with a large corporate real estate firm.
Elizabeth has a talent for transforming content into engaging pieces that attract eyes and retain the attention of the reader. Her start-up experience has also taught her the importance of communication, collaboration, and ensuring all teams are aligned for success. She values transparency, open-mindedness, and bringing creative ideas to life efficiently.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys baking, embroidering, and volleyball. She’s an avid sports fan and watches more games than she has screens for in her home. Her primary teams are the New York Yankees and Liverpool FC, but she also takes the time to watch the New York Jets and the Islanders as well as tennis and Formula 1.
As Elizabeth grows at the Center for Wealth Preservation, she aims to play a key role in the success of new advisors. She believes that marketing yourself begins with identifying the things that make you stand out - qualities everyone possesses. Elizabeth plans to leverage her unique marketing background and bring forward the strategies and ideas she has developed over time. Her overarching goal is to approach every challenge with innovation and adaptability, contributing to CWP’s ongoing successes.
