Peter Restivo has come to the CWP firm with three years of previous experience as an Insurance Sales Manager at State Farm. While working at State Farm, he dove into the industry of life and health insurance, as well as property and casualty.
Peter Graduated from St. John’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. While at school, he became very involved with his classes and was on the Dean’s List multiple times. With his experience at State Farm, he became an excellent communicator as well as an all-around people person. He takes pride in all his knowledge from previous work experiences and is excited to bring it here to help CWP excel in the financial advising field. Peter wishes to be able to lead and perform skillfully in his practices here. He has a goal of possibly being a leader of his own team of financial professionals one day and is excited to learn from his coworkers and managers. He chose this field because he loves to help people and finds their success to be rewarding to himself too. The stock market has always been increasingly interesting to him over the years, so working in a financial planning firm is something he wanted to get himself involved with. Not only is Peter a diligent worker, but he is also easy to coach and a self-starter. He will always look for an opportunity for success for whomever he works with. Peter wants to add massive value to this company by being able to provide his clients with the correct strategy to increase their knowledge and wealth.
When Peter is not working with clients, he spends his spare time playing in a softball league to stay active. He lives in New Hyde Park, but he loves to travel. Peter studied abroad in college, and he finds traveling to be very thrilling, especially learning about other cultures. He finds that having memorable experiences is an important part of life and he hopes to create significant memories here at CWP.
