Maggie McDougall has joined Center for Wealth Preservation as an Operations Manager. She had previously worked in non-profit organizations for the last 8 years and most recently as Development Director for the American Heart Association. While looking for new opportunities, she came across CWP and became infatuated with the Family-Oriented and structured culture here.
Maggie’s passion for positive change brings great energy to CWP. Her Goal is to help everyone to become the best version of themselves. She is a quick learner and strives to pick up knowledge on as many things as possible to be a strong asset to the company. Working at CWP, she hopes to introduce new methods that will involve our agents and staff to maximize workflow efficiency. Being a big fan of Disney, she resonates with the Walt Disney quote “If you can dream it, you can do it” and brings that mindset to work every day. With Maggie’s broad array of knowledge, she provides problem-solving and detail-orientated skills. She is a great communicator and very personable.
Maggie grew up in Stony Brook, NY, and most recently moved to East Northport with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she loves cooking, decorating her house, traveling, and spending time with her family.
