Kathy serves as the Chief Operations Officer for the Center for Wealth Preservation. As such, Kathy oversees the Compliance and Finance Departments in addition to the responsibility of managing the contracting, licensing/registration and insurance departments. Her primary areas of expertise are in securities compliance, compensation, and developing/implementing systems and processes to manage workflow for maximum efficiency.
Over the course of her years in the financial industry, Kathy has served in a variety of positions including Pension Design Manager, Financial Planning Manager, HR Specialist and Agency Supervisory Officer. Kathy earned her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College and her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation through the Wharton School. She graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs and Organizational Management.
Outside of the office, Kathy enjoys bowling, Tennis, Zumba and power boating with her husband, Kevin. She currently serves as the Junior Past Commander for the Great South Bay Chapter of the United States Power and Sail Squadron.
