Jared Stone is the Head of Talent for the Center for Wealth Preservation. In this role, he will be responsible for talent selection, executive search, new team recruitment, training, and performance optimization. Prior to joining CWP, Jared had a successful career spanning over 20 years across multiple industries. He has led sales operations, built teams, and scaled companies both large and small. He has also founded several businesses in the agency recruitment and start-up spaces.
Jared has excelled in sales, achieving impressive results within the financial services industry and for a series B-backed mortgage start-up, where he sold $150 million in gross sales and closed over 420 transactions in a single year. He has also scaled a well-known cryptocurrency brand from 20 to 120 people within a short time frame, acting as both its recruitment leader and COO. As a CRO of his own brands, Jared has managed over 75+ sales professionals and generated well over $50 million in gross profit for his companies.
Throughout his career, Jared has been dedicated to improving sales performance, process efficiency, and creating operational excellence. He is now ready to bring this expertise to CWP and help build and scale the recruiting function, training programs, and overall team performance to reach the company's ambitious goals of becoming Long Island's premier wealth management advisory firm.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his family and dog. He also competes in long-distance obstacle course races and is a practitioner of martial arts and meditation. Jared is excited to bring his inspiring and energetic presence to CWP and help take the company to new heights!
